Today I want to address whether it is really difficult to be faithful in a relationship. I am expressing my personal view and I would appreciate your opinion on the topic as well. In my previous relationship, I honestly did not see with my own eyes that my ex was unfaithful. I do believe that the individual was unfaithful. At this point in my life I am no longer bothered by it as I am so over that relationship. I thank God every day that I was able to walk away and move on.  In my opinion I don't see why it is so difficult for  SOME  to stay faithful. I was giving more than I should in my previous relationship. I did more than I should as a girlfriend. This apparently still was not enough for the individual or maybe he had alternative motives for the relationship. Have you ever met someone online? Did you actually go out with the person? Nothing is wrong with dating online but in these times you just have to be soooo careful. I love my country but there is no way in these times you are going to find me looking for love online. Our parents did not need technology to meet. Don't give me wrong, this does not mean I am against online dating. I am just weary of the cons of meeting someone I never met before or never been introduced to by a mutual friend. In spite of the backlash of online dating, millions of Americans have given online dating a try and some or few of which have resulted in marriage. Dating doesn't have to be all serious. It is not an interview for a job but a possible match with your soulmate if things go well. In today's society there is so much to talk about as we have so much more going on now than ever before (at least that is what I think). Tell me if I am wrong!! In our parents time things were way more serious with way stricter rules for dating. I believe my dad walked from his home to my mother's house just to end up sitting in the gallery to talk. Have you ever gone out with someone that just said a bit too much too soon or was way out of line or rude?? This brings up the importance of discussing what not to talk about on a first date. Unfortunately not all of us are blessed in the communication department. I actually made a few mistakes on one or two dates long long longgggg time ago 😆. I mean they really say as you get older you get wiser!! Trying to find the significant other that we all would love to have can be tough at times....maybe that is why they say you should not go looking but anyhow I am sure some of you have some bad or terrible dating experiences you won't mind sharing without selling out the name of the person. Giselle I love a night pump!! Soca music puts me in a zone and I am not afraid to go on a date at a club, a fete (hehe all inclusive) or lounge. There is so much to do during the night in Trinidad. Let's talk about a few good places to go for a date or lime with your companion in the night. Please ensure that you are completely comfortable with the person before venturing into night time entertainment. When I say night time entertainment, I am talking about good music, cutters and drinks!! The best place to get all these will be on the Avenue! There are a couple of options on the here. I actually have not been to the Avenue in months but the last time I went to the Avenue was with a friend and I must say I did enjoy the vibes! I love an adventure!! I don't think you have to be extremely fit to go on an adventure but it is a great way to include some physical activity and have some fun!! I won't mind going on a hike with a date or with a friend.....(*wink wink*). Trinidad and Tobago has sooo much adventurous and fun places to go. I have been to a few with friends and family and I will like to share my recommendations. 1. La Vega Estate -  Located in Gran Couva this place is sooo nice for a date and for couples to get away and relax a bit. You get to experience so much in one place (pools, horse back riding, garden full of gorgeous plants and flowers, fishing, etc). Hiiiii I just love the beach...don't you?? Giselle on the Beach Who doesn't love going to the beach even if it is for a drive, to chill, or to take a dip?? As an island girl, I love the beach!! Going to the beach on a date may not be a bad idea after all.... Soooo I thought.....  Yes I ventured and went out with a guy to the Beach!!...I am not sure if to consider it a date after how things played out 😞 That date was a disaster for me as I felt uncomfortable with the person, he did not put out a cent on the date  (not even to purchase something to eat or drink for himself). It is to find out after that he did not walk with any money to spend on the date!!! Red flag....RUN. Not that I have a problem with paying but not for everything and on the first date also....(my word). Just continue RUNNING!! Anyways.....I am over that and still think the beach is not a totally bad idea for a date and it is especially good for couples. My top SIX (6) ...
